Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases from Bella & Lace. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, please send through an email with your order number and details of the item as soon as you receive the order. 

You may return any full price items within 7 days of receiving your parcel for a refund. Postage will be at the senders expense, we do not refund postage. We do not refund or exchange on sale items. Sale times are very busy we do not combine or alter orders. Once the order is placed the order is final.

If your product is faulty, please email us with all details within the time frames as outlined above. We will then assess the condition of the product. Depending on the fault we will either offer you a prepaid postage label to return the item for a full refund, or exchange the product for something of the same value.

If you receive the wrong product in your order, your postage cost for shipping the item back to us will be refunded. If the correct product is available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

If you purchase a product that is found to be unavailable or sold out, we will contact you to organise a refund or exchange.

A return will only be accepted at the discretion of Bella & Lace. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
