Homemade Scones + Teddybear Picnic

Have you tried making easy Lemonade scones with your kids?

If the answer is NO, - you have been missing out!!

Not only are they super easy to make, not to mention fun for little hands, - they taste amazing!! Fresh from the oven, nice and warm ready for your favorite jam and whipped cream.

All you need is:

3 cups of self raising flour

1 cup of cream

1 cup of lemonade/Sprite

Mix all the ingredients together and fold it gently till you've got a nice fluffy dough, - you might need to add extra flour if too sticky. Then flatten it out on the kitchen bench and cut with an egg ring or a cup (whatever you have around in a nice round size) This batch will make around 10 beautiful scones.

Pop them on a baking tray and into a preheated oven. We usually set it on the highest temp and keep an eye on the growing little beauties.

Cool them off on a backing rack and serve for teddies, dolls, siblings and family members!
